We Recycle all Glass, Paper, Cardboard (including boxes), & Cans. We bring these materials directly to the Cheltenham Recycling Center which profits the Township.;)
ALL of our refrigeration is Star-Energy certified or better! And, we are in the process of installing heat-recovery from these units as well as solar hot-water pre-heating.
We COMPOST all organic matter from our kitchen including all vegetable and fruit scraps.
All of our cleaning chemicals and food processing chemicals are Eco-Friendly. Although, for example, Chlorine Bleach is considered ORGANIC in fruit and vegetable washing we use a completely green Eco-Friendly solution.
We try to use Environmentally-Friendly packaging, trays, bowls, etc., as much as possible. So please re-use and recycle these items.
